Terms of Service

Welcome to Castonex ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our IPTV subscription service at https://castonex.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the Service.

1. Service description

Castonex provides a subscription-based IPTV streaming service delivering live television channels, video-on-demand content and electronic programme guide (EPG) data over the internet. Access is provided through the IBO Player application on a single authorised device per subscription.

2. Account registration

• You must provide accurate, complete and current information when ordering.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in Australia, to hold a subscription.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

3. Subscription plans and payment

Castonex offers subscription terms of 1, 3, 6 and 12 months, together with a discounted introductory 1-month plan for new customers. Current prices for every plan are displayed on the pricing page and at checkout.

• All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• Subscriptions are activated immediately upon payment confirmation, typically within 15 to 30 minutes.
• Payments are processed securely. Castonex does not store payment card details.
• Subscriptions do not renew automatically unless explicitly stated at checkout.

4. Refunds

A seven-day money-back window applies to new subscriptions where the Service cannot be made to work on your connection and we are unable to resolve the fault. Beyond that window, additional remedies apply only in the case of a verified outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours (pro-rata credit) or a confirmed duplicate charge (full refund of the duplicate). Nothing in these terms limits any non-excludable right you hold under the Australian Consumer Law. The complete procedure is set out in our refund policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial viewing. You must not:

• Share, resell, redistribute or sublicense your account credentials to any third party.
• Use the Service to broadcast, publicly display or re-stream content.
• Attempt to circumvent access controls, content protection or authentication systems.
• Use automated tools, bots or scrapers against the Service.
• Use the Service in any manner that breaches applicable law in Australia or elsewhere.
• Use the Service to access content in regions where such access is prohibited.

Breach of this section results in immediate termination without refund. Commercial redistribution is available only through our authorised reseller programme.

6. Device limitation

Each subscription permits access on one (1) device at a time. Concurrent streaming across multiple devices is not permitted. The Service is compatible exclusively with the IBO Player application; Castonex does not provide support for third-party applications. 7. Service availability

Castonex targets 99.9% uptime and measures against it. We do not, however, guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable because of:

• Scheduled maintenance, announced in advance where practicable
• Unplanned technical faults
• Disruption originating with third-party content providers
• Events beyond our reasonable control

8. Intellectual property

All content delivered through the Service — live channels, on-demand titles, broadcaster logos and EPG data — remains the property of its respective owners and licensors. Castonex claims no ownership of third-party content. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view content for personal use only.

The Castonex name, logo and website design are our property and may not be used without written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our privacy policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these terms, without prior notice and without refund. You may cancel at any time by contacting [email protected]; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. This clause does not exclude, restrict or modify any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Castonex is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the State of Victoria. Disputes are to be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any non-excludable statutory right to proceed elsewhere.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be published at https://castonex.com/terms.html with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
